Mix the flour, sugar, sifted baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl. In another bowl beat the egg, milk and cooled melted butter

Make a center space in the flour, sugar, yeast mixture where we are going to pour the liquidpreparation. Mix as you go until you get a fluid mixture without lumps.

Prepare the mixture and cook

Pour the resulting mixture into pancake molds and bake in an air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 200°.
