• Pure steam cooking: 100°C cooking with integrated water tank for steam cooking to preserve vitamins and mineral salts and avoid to loose consistency and flavour.  

• Air fryer cooking + steam (combi): air frying in cyclical intervals with steam that makes food crispy on the outside but soft, moist, juicy inside, thus ensuring the natural taste and flavour of ingredients. 

• Cooking just with air fryer: allows an all-round cooking with hot air without steam, by ensuring a crispy and golden frying.

• Grill: this mode allows to grill and brown meat, fish, and vegetables evenly.

The air fryer is equipped with an adjustable timer, a simple and user-friendly touch screen display to make settings easier and an inner light to check cooking thanks to the transparent basket. The 1.55 L water tank permits to generate steam during cooking for 90 minutes, thus keeping food juicy and nourishing. The Air Fryer is supplied with a self-cleaning and hygienising function for an effective cleaning.
