Preparation
Add to the ⅔ of the dough between butter and sugar first the egg and then the sifted flour, lacannella and a grating of nutmeg. Check that the dough is not stiff,add a little milk at a time (1-2 tablespoons) until the consistency is smooth (it should be fluid but not runny). Finally add the sifted baking powder and mix well.
Open the basket and spread the surface of the muffins with the butter and sugar mixture that we had set aside. Lower to 160° for the remaining 3 minutes.
