Clean the asparagus

Wash and dry the asparagus, then cut away the tough part of the stalks

Cook asparagus in air fryer

Place the asparagus in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 10-12minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

Meanwhile, prepare the tahina emulsion by mixing together tahina, extra-virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until creamy
