Prepare the ingredients

In a bowl mix the ricotta cheese with the sugar, add the eggs one at a time, and finally the oil in a trickle, stirring until smooth.

Add the sifted flour to the mixture, taking care that no lumps form, and finally the milk a little at a time until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into the cake container

As a final step grate some orange and lemon zest, a pinch of salt and the sifted baking powder. Turn well and pour all the mixture into a cake container chosen according to the size of the air fryer basket.
