Sausages and potatoes in air fryer

Sausages and potatoes cooked in an air fryer manage to retain the tasty flavor of cooking in the oven but with much less oil, plus they retain the crispy exterior that makes the potatoes unique. The strong, spicy flavor of the sausage matches the sweetness of the potato, already enhanced by the fragrant touch of rosemary and sage.

Preparation

Wash and cut the potatoes

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into small chunks and place in a bowl. Chop rosemary stripped of stems and sage on a cutting board and mix with potatoes, oil, salt and pepper.

Cook the potatoes

Place the seasoned potatoes in the basket of the air fryer and cook them at 200° for 10minutes, shaking them occasionally.

Add the sausage

Add the chopped sausages to the potatoes and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes
