Presentation

Kale chips in air fryer

Kale chips can be served as a snack to enjoy on their own, accompanied by sauces to taste, or even used as a topping for pasta dishes and velvety soups. We will finally be able to enjoy a super tasty and crunchy snack using a vegetable like kale that is healthy and rich in nutrients. This snack will also be enjoyed by children and those who usually dislike vegetables!

Preparation

1
Wash the cabbage leaves

Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and pat them very well to make them dry. This step is important because the presence of water could make them soft when cooking. Once dry, remove the stem (leave only the soft, thin end of the leaf).

2
Cut and season the kale leaves

Cut the leaves into small pieces (the size of potato chips) and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and a spray of extra virgin olive oil. Carefully arrange them in the basket without piling them up too much.  If they do not all fit well apart repeat the process several times.

3
Bake the kale leaves

Bake at 200° for 8 minutes, shaking the leaves occasionally to let the hot air get everywhere and get a crispy result.

4
Ladies and gentlemen, prepare to be amazed!
