Prepare the spices

On a cutting board chop the garlic along with the parsley, finely. Pour the mince into a bowl and add the breadcrumbs. Mix well and season with the oil the salt and pepper.

Grate the lemon zest into the mixture and pour, one spoonful at a time, the white wine, helping yourself with your hands to shell the breadcrumbs.

Bread the sea bream fillets

Spread the sea bream fillets on a baking sheet suitable for the air fryer and spread the mixture with breadcrumbs on top, being careful not to crush too much.

Cook the sea bream fillets in the air fryer

Place the pan in the fryer and bake for 8 to 15 minutes at 160° (depending on the thickness of the fillet)
